How does scheduling a custom tailoring appointment work?

The first step to achieving your dream design is to contact your personal consultant. During your appointment, you'll discuss the concept, fabrics, and details, take your measurements, and create a budget plan. Following this initial consultation, a personalized process will begin.

Is the initial design consultation free of charge?

No, our initial concept development and design consultation appointment is a free service offered by our brand. There is no obligation to make a purchase after this meeting.

Can I have a design made that isn't in your collection?

Yes. Our expertise lies in turning your dreams into reality. You can order a completely bespoke dress by bringing your own images or ideas.

How long does the custom tailoring process take?

Depending on the complexity of the design and the fabric sourcing process, the average lead time is between 8 and 12 weeks . Letting us know how close your event date is is important so we can finalize our timeline.

How many rehearsals are needed?

Fitting is vital to ensuring the dress fits you perfectly. Typically, two main fittings are conducted throughout the process: 1. Main pattern and silhouette check, 2. Final stitching and detail check.

Can you take my measurements from a distance?

For a perfect fit, we prefer to have professional measurements taken in our workshop. However, for remote orders, our consultants will provide you with detailed videos and instructions on how to take accurate measurements.

Do you offer a special service for plus sizes or non-standard measurements?

In our philosophy, there are no standard sizes . Every design is created from scratch according to your unique body measurements. Each piece crafted in our workshop is sewn with millimeter precision to ensure a flawless fit and aesthetics for all body types, from size 34 to 54, or larger/smaller. Our bespoke service guarantees the ultimate elegance for every size.

What is your payment plan?

During the design approval stage, a certain percentage (usually 50%) of the total amount is taken as a down payment. The remaining payment is completed before the second fitting or final delivery. Payment plan details will be clarified at your appointment.

What are your delivery and return terms?

Delivery is made in our meticulously prepared custom packaging. Since custom-made items are produced specifically for the individual, returns and exchanges are generally not possible. However, the details will be clearly stated in your contract.
