Each of our wedding dresses and gowns is meticulously prepared just for you. Since custom designs are made to order, returns or exchanges are not possible. The delivery time for full-size wedding dresses is approximately 15 business days, while the delivery time for handmade accessories varies between 3-15 business days. For international orders, shipping, customs, and other taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery and Returns
The custom tailoring process takes 30 business days , depending on the details of the design. Shipping time is not included in this production time. Any customs duties that may be incurred for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.
